The staff provided really good assistance, even suggesting local dining options. The old-fashioned lift added charm to our experience, making our stay quite nice.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room with comfortable bed, my bed was very comfy. The breakfast was good, and the staff were pleasant! The stay was wonderful, couldn't recommend more.

The continental breakfast was basic but sufficient, and I loved the cleanliness of the room! Also, we could leave our luggage after check-out, which was super convenient.

Thank you for a comfortable stay. It's really wonderful hotel with really kind and accommodating staff. The location is marvellous in a great area, just next door to Termini, Indian, Chinese, Korean restaurants nearby and the railway/metro station and restaurants on doorstep.

Grounds were kept spotless, breakfast was satisfactory. The staff turned out to be extremely helpful and very amiable. The location of the hotel was magnificent and perfect - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a public square. We liked a wonderful restaurant with a Chinese menu.

The location near the train station was excellent. The staff were quite friendly, which enhanced the overall experience. Breakfast options were also limited, primarily consisting of pastries, leaving little for those who wanted something heartier.

A great hotel just minutes away from the main Termini station, lots of places to eat steps away. I only stayed in the single room which was smaller than other single rooms I have stayed in before but can't complain good bath.

I would have been good if I could use wifi in the room instead of just being able to use it at reception, also it would be good if it was free as well.

Excellent stay, perfect location.

Hotel staff was very welcoming, and extremely helpful. They provided good advice regarding city travel, sites, directions and restaurants. Hotel room was comfortable, clean and air conditioned. Bed sheets and towels were changed every day. Hotel staff frequently enquired about our needs and ensured we had a good stay at the hotel. Breakfast was good with a choice of several kinds of pastry/cakes, fruit/custard, cereals, toast/ham and cheese....with juice, good tea and coffee. Hotel is about 2 minutes away from Stazione Termini - (with buses, metro, trains to anywhere in the city/country.) I was at the Hotel with my family - husband and two adult sons. I recommend Assisi hotel - good value for money, clean, air conditioned and above all with hotel staff who are so keen to help!!

The hotel's charm is in its authentic style, which really stands out, unlike those big chain places. The kids enjoyed exploring the vibrant neighborhood, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

My children wanted more activities for kids.
